Happy Day, fellow Canadians. Congratulations on 144 years of officially being ourselves. I suppose we could be jealous that our Commonwealth cousins (Kate and William, for anyone off the radar) are coming no closer to us than the Calgary Stampede, but we’re about to embark on a very pleasant Friday as far as golf is concerned, so any and all negativity will surely be offset by a great course and a dry forecast. Mainly sunny with a high of 19 doesn’t exactly reek of summer but it has very little to do with winter, fall or even most of a usual spring. We’re definitely on the right track.
